滑环在卫星系统中的应用

Satellites are of great value in both civilian and military applications, and are widely used in scientific research, meteorology, communication, navigation, military reconnaissance, Marine surveillance and other fields.Compared with the base station on earth, it has the advantages of large communication capacity, high transmission quality, good maneuvering skills and strong survival ability.

                                            

A geosynchronous satellite can cover one third of the earth, so it can't cover as much as equipment on the ground can.The satellite navigation system can provide users with all-weather, all-day, high-precision positioning and navigation.

 

In order to protect the body and carry out the mission, the satellite will have the requirement of rotation and multiple relative motion. In order to make the rotating part work normally, the energy and signal source need to be transmitted to the rotating part during the rotation process, such as electric energy, fluid pressure energy, optical fiber signal, high frequency signal and so on.The function of the slip ring is to form a link between the rotating part and the fixed part of the satellite, so that the rotating part can run normally.Therefore, although the slip ring occupies a small proportion in the whole, it is also an inseparable part of the satellite.
